Staying here felt like being welcomed into a friend's home rather than just a hotel. the staff’s kindness was as comforting as a warm blanket, making even a midnight check-in as smooth as butter melting on a hot pancake. Their assistance was prompt and friendly, turning a potentially stressful arrival into a delightful experience.

the room was clean and spacious, making it perfect for families. the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the railway station and close to some shopping areas. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with everything, even arranging in-room breakfast for us. It felt welcoming, and honestly, it was better than some places I've stayed before!

I did notice that the cleanliness of the cupboard could use some improvement, and it would have been nice to have a few toiletries available. A little attention to those details could really enhance the overall experience.

I had a spicy culinary quest at Anupam Residency in Kochi. Pros: the gourmet pizzas were a delightful tale, and the amiable manager made my 3am check, in a breeze.

While the rooms lacked cleanliness and service, the experience still sparkled with the staff's cheeky hospitality and colorful ambiance. a mixed bag of flavors in this cozy spot.

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. Short walk to the South railway station and metro for easy exploring. Superior family room was clean and spacious, suitable for families. Kind and helpful staff made the experience top, notch. Smooth check, in and check, out process. Hot water available thanks to solar heater. Cons: 100% recommend this hotel.
